Extract from our customer survey
503 private users were interviewed in a telephone survey on the oscillating massage bed voramed. The survey was conducted as part of the CATI method (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). The users queried were selected on a random basis. The survey was conducted in September/October 2009. The objective of the survey: quality assurance, user motivation, subjective user e ectiveness without a de ned clinical picture.

Summary
The customer survey found that 88.0% of all patients interviewed reported a reduction of their back pain and 10.6% even called themselves pain-free. 84.7% of the interviewees report of a signi can´t pain reduction in the shoulder/neck area and 12.8% that they are entirely pain free. 96.7% of all patients detected an improvement in their mobility. 96.9% of all Medibed massage bed users suering from swollen legs or water deposits report a reduction in the swelling in the their legs since using the Medibed massage bed.
