Reinhard Gebel was after the conclusion of the graduate sport studies since January 1976 for 12 years secretary at the Federal Committee for competitive sports (BAL). He was also responsible for the German Gymnastics Federation, the German Volleyball Association, the German Tennis Federation and the German Judo Federation. Since 1980, beginning with structuring the content of the training therapy, deriving from the initiators of the "Especially indexed therapy " (BiTh) for the management trade association.

He was a founder and director of outpatient rehabilitation center in Offenbach SPOREG (formerly Frankfurt). Some key activities within the center are the rehabilitation training with advanced and high performance athletes, the treatment of complex accident and the implementation of specified Back-therapy concepts. Other activities are the chairman of the Association of Rehabilitation and exercise therapy (VRT), former lecturer at the University of Mainz, a speaker at continuing education and training events as well as author of articles and book author.

ORTHOPEDIC in the Westend Frankfurt and the CENTER FOR OUTPATIENT SURGERY in the Frankfurt airport clinic founded by Dr. Martin Frömel 1992 after an international specialist training.

Dr. Martin Frömel is specialized and focused on the operative minimally invasive treatment of degenerative joint diseases and fresh joint injuries, spinal pain, and targeted therapy.

As one of the first orthopedic surgeon in Germany, he led from start to out-of orthopedic surgery. In the center he founded has been more than 12,000 outpatient orthopedic surgeries were performed. Mainly have been and are carried out here, minimally invasive endoscopic surgery to the joint cruciate ligament and shoulder stabilization.

He also operates the Red Cross hospitals in London and dug especially joint replacement surgery of knee, hip and shoulder. As the first in the Rhine-Main area, he led the technology of surface replacement of the hip after McMinn and cartilage cell transplants in the knee. In the field of joint surgery Dr. Frömel currently operates more than 900 patients annually.

His various scientific publications and presentations make him one at home and abroad particularly valued expert in orthopedics, both as a surgeon, as also enjoys an excellent reputation as a diagnostician.
